How momentum is scored
Every approved project gets a daily snapshot of public GitHub metrics. The momentum-v1 score converts six growth and activity signals into cohort percentiles, weights them, and renormalizes by the signals actually available, so it stays comparable across projects and never invents a value it cannot measure.
